I started off setting up Robert Walters in South Africa, JHB and then later joined Investec Bank where I managed a team of HR business partners, ran the Graduate Programme and put together & ran the global CA programme (travelling locally & overseas). When I left Investec I consulted back to them in various capacities, with my main focus being on career coaching back to their staff (within EAP programme). I still do career coaching with Investec staff and I have private clients as well. Since leaving Investec I have consulted to businesses as a HR specialist in various capacities. For the last 4+ years I have been consulting to Union Swiss as a Talent Direc.
