Years of experience: 20 years+

A broad experience in the military and private sector allows me to see multiple perspectives, and deep project management experience gives me the skills and tools necessary to plan and execute work. I have led US Navy sailors building forward bases in Afghanistan, worked as an owner's representative to build hotel-style housing on a military base, managed quality assurance staff working to build a US$700m data center, and managed repairs on historic post office buildings. These and other projects have taught me that it is always about people; building relationships, resolving disputes, maintaining open communication, and above all, treating everyone with respect and fairness.
