Learning And Development
I am a disruptor in the Skills Development environment and consider myself to be a solutionist thinker who provides creative and impactful solutions to companies. I specialise in South African legisaltion that regulates businesses in terms of Skills Development, HR and B-BBEE. I work closely with SETA's, QCTO, DHET within South Africa education space and consult across all industries as these elements (Skills Development, HR and B-BBEE) require compliance in all sectors. We assist with accreditations of training providers as well as funding applications. What sets me apart from others in the industry is my ability to provide creative solutions that are impactful and beneficial to all parties, i.e. companies, learners, training providers
