It has been an exciting journey with the most valuable experience been gained from working within a software engineering company for seventeen years, from a start up to a small/medium business. During those seventeen years I learned about finance, administration, strategy, recruitment, effective talent management, employee retention and all things Agile. Having worked in an Agile environment and having coached within the Solution Focus framework for 10+ years I learned how to combine the two and apply them to most areas of the business.

While studying for my undergraduate, I got an opportunity to work as a student administrative intern in the Records Department. My human resource career made me develop a passion in consulting. My other positions in human resource entailed, rewards, human resource administration, recruitment, employee management, leadership development, training and human resource planning.
