With over 18 years of experience in Psychometric Testing, there has never been a single day that I ever regret choosing this path. The age old saying of "Do what you love and never work a day in your life" definitely applies to me. My journey began in 1995. Fresh out of high school and wanting to please my dad, I enrolled for a Bachelor of Science degree at UKZN. It was the longest year in my life. Nothing was interesting and subsequently, I failed two out of my four subjects. My dad was kind enough to let me have a second go at university and this time round I enrolled for a BComm Degree. That was when I discovered the course Industrial Psychology. I completed my Masters and was drawn to Psychometrics. This is where my heart and soul lies.
