I have 20 years experience in the Human Resources (HR) and business environment, with a focus on talent acquisition and management, entrepreneurship, leadership development and coaching. During the last two years I have developed a South African freelancing platform to take advantage of the growing freelancing trend within the country. I am thus able to implement fresh and novel approaches to maximize the use of contingent workers in SME’s and large organisations. I am also currently undertaking voluntary work with Wits Business School by providing Leadership Coaching to MBA students, which has assisted in keeping my business and leadership skills both current and effective.

My five years’ experience in the Mining Industry and thereafter, my almost twelve years’ in HR as a Generalist and Manager in the Furniture Industry, have allowed me to grow and develop professionally and as a leader. I started the HR department from scratch in my position in the Mining Industry and expanded the HR department in the organization in the Furniture Industry.
