I am an experienced HR generalist/consultant with 20+ years of experience. During this time, I have also specialized in Talent acquisition and Employee Relations. I have worked with multiple teams across different locations within Southern Africa. I am passionate about the growth and development of people, and fostering career paths through mentoring and coaching of teams are special interests of mine. I am also a qualified Enneagram practitioner, and am very close to completing my Coaching practitioner course. Recent projects of mine have included recruitment, processing mapping and coaching projects within the HR arena. He is also registered as a Master Human Resources practitioner at the SABPP with more than 20 year’s experience in the Human Resources Industry in various different economic sectors. Have over 10 years experience as a corporate executive. During this period, he also completed his train the trainer qualification, as well as How to designing course material and unit standards. Has developed and co-developed a lot of leadership and other soft skills learning material, as well as curriculum and course material presented at university level. Dennis also acquired various coaching qualifications from different international training offerings.
