I am an HR Professional registered with the SABPP and have 5 years HR management experience, so I am familiar with the HR profession and its challenges. In addition to leading the HR department, I am a strategic business partner in my current position and serve on the executive team. Additionally, i play an additional HR Manager role at 5 other companies within the group which have allowed me to grow and develop professionally and as a leader. June 2014 joined Finca Zambia as Industrial Relations Specialist 4. August 2014 joined Dangote Industries (Z) Ltd as Head of HR and Administration 5. October 2017 joined YesCash Zambia Ltd as Industrial Relations Specialist. In February 2018 promoted to HR Manager till May 2019 6. July 2019 to date, Freelancing HR condultancy
