I am a visionary leader who was for 20 years the Chief People Officer of a Healthcare Service provider. I initiated and established a Training center that train learner ships in Healthcare Support services. I initiated and project managed the implementation of an integrated cloud based people management system. I am currently the Principal Consultant and Director of HRPC(Human Resource Practitioner Services). I deliver services to SME's. Prior to Healthcare I was the HR Director of a construction company that worked in Africa.
