After graduating in political science and working for the local government I shifted to the private sector and developed a career in HR. I enjoy leading projects and also providing advise for change management, innovation, talent assessment, training, culture, climate, internal comms, performance evaluation and health & safety. I'm certified in PDA, SHL and other assesment tools. Lately I have been learning about agility and using "liberating structures" for training and designing purposes. Metrics, KPIs and OKRs also interest me. My favourite challenges and assignments have involved startups and new teams.
