I spent the first 13 years of my career in the Staffing Industry, holding roles ranging from Recruiting, Sales, Branch Management and AVP. My most recent position required me to step into a Fortune 200 organization with 80% of their IT staff in the Americas being contingent workers. I built JLL's contingent workforce program from the ground up, successfully managed the program and essentially held the roles of a Contingent Workforce Program Manager/Director, the in-house MSP and I also created my own tools to allow my program to work similarly to a VMS model. I am a relationship builder, trusted partner and exceptional listener.
