While at PwC I managed deployment of more than 120 auditors, their coaching and development, performance evaluations, onboarding/offboarding etc. I'm currently operating my HR consulting firm, focusing on small and medium sized businesses. I specialize in employee handbooks, creating HR processes including performance evaluations, orientations, hiring processes etc.
