In August 2014 I became permanent with Diplomat as a HR Administrator. I continued with Recruitment and had added responsibilities. I have a very creative side and had to design and compile the companies very first Magazine in line with the company’s corporate branding. In May 2015 Diplomatters was born and till date we had 7 issues distributed. Because of this creative background I am the go to person for posters, email teasers, digital invites and many more. I also coordinate the yearend events every year and 2016 was the third one I have done. After a year in the HR Admin role I got promoted to HR Consultant in 2015 and then again in 2017 to HRBP for the inland Gauteng Region.m, my current foccuses are more on the operational side of HR
