I have worked as a HR manager in-house and consultant to clients for the last 9 years. Global FDI sets up European businesses in the UK and provide business support so I have been responsible for the HR and payroll department. My duties have included Advice on employment law, managing payroll and workplace pensions, visiting sites for our construction clients, organising training, change management and project management and engagement coaching. I have also coached as a freelance performance coach to startups and SME's. I was company director for Global FDI and resigned in October last year due to a need to be seconded in Spain to boost business (Brexit related)
